The wall shows no offers
“No offers yet” means nothing your account can run matches the platform and country the wall was opened with. Most often the launch URL carries the wrong platform or country, so check those two first.
On this page
| What you see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| “No offers yet” on the wall’s list | No offer you can run matches this platform and country | Check the launch URL (first check) |
| My Offers says “No offers to start right now” | Same cause, seen from the player’s own tab | Same checks |
| “This offerwall link is invalid or expired.” | We refused to open the wall: a wrong wall ID or uid, a wall that isn’t switched on or a signed link that failed. Not an empty list | See This offerwall link is invalid or expired |
| A blank frame where the wall should be | The page embedding the wall isn’t on the wall’s allowed origins | See the fourth check |
The launch carries the wrong platform
How to confirm: Look at the wall URL your app or site opens. With
platform=web, only web offers show, even on a phone. Any value other thanios, androidorweb(we also readiPhoneandiPadasios) matches only offers open to every platform.Fix: Send
platform=iosorplatform=androidfrom your apps, webonly for desktop pages, or leave it off. Without it, the wall reads the phone it’s opened on and lists that platform’s offers. The launch parameters are in the developer docs. The launch carries the wrong country
How to confirm:
countryisn’t the player’s two-letter country code, such asUS, or it’s a country your account has few offers in.Fix: Send the player’s own country on every launch. Don’t leave it off to fill the list: without
country, the wall also shows offers the player can’t get, and an install on one of those never converts.Your account has no offers for that market
How to confirm: Call the Offer API with the same filters,
GET /. The wall serves offers from the same account, so if that list comes back empty, the wall has nothing either.publisher/ offers?country=US& platform=ios Fix: Email us the countries and platforms your players are on, so we can look at what your account can run there.
The page isn’t allowed to show the wall
How to confirm: The frame stays blank on your site, but the same wall URL opens fine in its own browser tab.
Fix: Your wall has a list of allowed origins: the sites that may frame it. A wall you created for a website property allows that site’s origin only, and
https://pebble.exampleandhttps://are different origins. The dashboard has no screen to edit the list, so email us your wall ID and the origin of the page that shows the wall. More: embed the wall on a web page.www. pebble. example Test it the way a player sees it
How to confirm: Open the snippet’s URL in a browser with any
uid. It’s a real launch, so you see what your users see. Withoutplatform, a desktop browser lists every platform, so if the wall fills there and is empty on the phone, that phone’s platform has nothing in that country.Fix: Test with the same
countryandplatformyour app sends. If a desktop test fills and the app stays empty, compare the two URLs parameter by parameter.
