Who it's for

For sites that review and recommend apps.

  • You publish reviews or guides Articles, roundups and how-tos about apps, games and services.
  • Your readers aren't paid to click They follow a recommendation. That's non-incentivized traffic.
  • You disclose paid links A clear note next to each link, as the FTC expects.

How it works

A shortlist, a link each, a channel.

  1. Tell us your topics

Your subjects, countries and audience. We check which offers allow content traffic and post the shortlist in your channel.

  2. Place each link

One tracking link per offer. Put a unique ID for each reader in sub_id (your link tool or a small script makes one, never one fixed value), tag the article in sub1 and put a disclosure next to the link.

    Link for one article
    /click
      ?off_id=aff_hb40
      &pub_id=pub_afos
      &partner_id=pt_8f2c41
      &sub_id={reader_id}
      &sub1=puzzle-roundup
IDs and amounts are examples from our fictional world.
  3. Read the results

Every conversion lands in your Conversions report, with a CSV download. The report lists sub_id; your sub1 article tag comes back on the postback, so count articles with a postback endpoint or a tracker.

The Conversions report: one row per conversion with action ID, offer, sub ID, status, payout, country and time, and a Download CSV button.

The puzzle games we kept playing this month

By the editors · 6 min read

For short commutes our pick is Harbor Blocks Paid link, a block puzzle from Tidewater Games that gets properly hard around level 25. It saves your place mid-level, which matters on a train.

Third place went to a game we liked less than we expected, and we'll say why in next month's update.

Money

What you get paid for.

Every offer on your list comes with how it pays and what it pays you, in dollars. No rewards for readers.

An example shortlist

  • Harbor Blocks $4.20 per install
  • Lantern Run $2.80 per install
  • Copper Kitchen $3.10 per sign-up
Your list is agreed offer by offer, and each offer shows what it pays in dollars. These three come from our fictional world.

Tracking and money

Tracking and money work the same everywhere.

One conversion, in order: your user's tap, our click record, the advertiser's confirmation, then a signed postback to your server.

  1. Tap u_48213
  2. Click clk_7Q2f81
  3. Conversion advertiser confirms
  4. Postback signed
  5. Your server 200 OK
  • Click Tracking

Every tap is recorded with your user's ID and up to ten of your own values, sub1 to sub10.

    How clicks are tracked
  • Signed postbacks

Each one carries an HMAC-SHA256 verifier made with your secret. Without a secret, we don't send.

    How postbacks work
  • Fraud Defense

Suspect installs are held, unpaid, until reviewed. Traffic Quality lists the users we reject, with the reason.

    How fraud checks work
  • Reporting

Trace any conversion from tap to your server, or download every conversion as a CSV.

    How reporting works

Before you start

Rules for content links.

What's allowed, what's yours to handle and where we say no.

  • Not allowed

Rewards for the click. Readers can't be paid or given points for signing up.

  • Required

A disclosure next to each link, such as "Paid link". The FTC's endorsement guides expect it.

  • Ask first

New placements, such as an email or a paid ad, need approval for that offer first.

  • Limit

A smaller list than our rewarded catalog, chosen with you.

Questions

What media sites ask.

Something else? Write to hello@affiliateos.ai and we reply by email.

Why is the list smaller than your catalog?

Most offers we carry are bought for rewarded traffic. Content traffic is approved offer by offer, so your list holds only the ones that allow it.

How do I hear about new offers?

Our team posts them in your Slack channel, with a tracking link for each.

What happens if an offer stops?

Get an email when an offer you run changes its payout or stops running. Each person on your team sets up their own under Email alerts in the portal. New clicks on a stopped offer don't pay, so ask in your channel for a replacement link.

Can I tag each article?

Yes. Add your own values in sub1 to sub10, such as the article slug. They come back on the postback for each conversion, matched by sub_id, so keep sub_id unique per reader.

Is there a plugin or widget?

No. We send links, not widgets. They work in any CMS.

Link the apps you already recommend.
