Who it's for

For sites that rank products side by side.

  • You publish comparison tables Rows of products, a button on each.
  • Your details must be exact Prices, bonuses and rates have to match what the advertiser approved.
  • Readers click, nobody pays them Non-incentivized traffic, sent by a recommendation.

Not you? Writing single reviews and guides? Media sites and blogs fits better

How it works

Rows, links and a swap when one stops.

  1. Send us your tables

The categories you compare and the countries you cover. We match offers that allow comparison traffic.

  2. One link per row

Each row gets its offer's tracking link. Put a unique ID for each reader in sub_id, the table in sub1 and the row in sub2.

    Tracking link for row 1
    /click
      ?off_id=aff_hb40
      &pub_id=pub_afos
      &partner_id=pt_8f2c41
      &sub_id={reader_id}
      &sub1=puzzle-compared
      &sub2=row-1
IDs and amounts are examples from our fictional world.
  3. Keep the table current

Get an email when an offer you run changes its payout or stops running, because new clicks on a stopped offer don't pay. New offers that fit your tables are posted in your channel.

What your readers see

When an offer stops, its row changes.

Readers see your ranking and a button per row. Show a stopped offer to see what happens when one ends.

Show a stopped offer Three rows, three tracking links, tagged with the table and the row.

Money

What you get paid for.

Every offer on your list comes with how it pays and what it pays you, in dollars. No rewards for readers.

Pay shapes that fit

Pay per sign-up
A reader creates an account through your row.
per action
Pay per trial start
A reader starts a free or paid trial.
per action
Pay per install (CPI)
A reader installs the app from your table.
per install
Pay per event
Some offers pay per step instead of at install. Each step's price is on the offer.

An example shortlist

  • Harbor Blocks $4.20 per install
  • Lantern Run $2.80 per install
  • Tidewater Putt $6.10 over 3 events
Your list is agreed offer by offer, and each offer shows what it pays in dollars. These three come from our fictional world.

Tracking and money

Tracking and money work the same everywhere.

One conversion, in order: your user's tap, our click record, the advertiser's confirmation, then a signed postback to your server.

  1. Tap u_48213
  2. Click clk_7Q2f81
  3. Conversion advertiser confirms
  4. Postback signed
  5. Your server 200 OK
  • Click Tracking

Every tap is recorded with your user's ID and up to ten of your own values, sub1 to sub10.

    How clicks are tracked
  • Signed postbacks

Each one carries an HMAC-SHA256 verifier made with your secret. Without a secret, we don't send.

    How postbacks work
  • Fraud Defense

Suspect installs are held, unpaid, until reviewed. Traffic Quality lists the users we reject, with the reason.

    How fraud checks work
  • Reporting

Trace any conversion from tap to your server, or download every conversion as a CSV.

Before you start

  • Required

A disclosure that your table contains paid links.

  • Approval

Each offer is approved for comparison traffic before you get its link.

  • Not allowed

Rewarding readers for clicking or signing up.

Questions

What comparison sites ask.

Something else? Write to hello@affiliateos.ai and we reply by email.

Do you supply rates or fee data?

No. Product terms come from the advertiser's approved copy. We supply offers and tracking links.

How do I know an offer stopped?

Get an email when an offer you run changes its payout or stops running. Each person on your team sets up their own under Email alerts in the portal. New clicks on a stopped offer don't pay, so ask in your Slack channel and we'll suggest a swap.

Can I tag each row?

Yes. Put the table in sub1 and the row in sub2. Both come back on the postback for each conversion.
