01Where it runs

Where your panel offer runs.

When our team approves your campaign, publishers can run your panel as an offer. They join by request, and most reward users for finishing offers, which can include staying installed for 15 days.

With rewards

  • Survey and research panels Their members already give time for points, and your app can be one more they keep running.
  • Rewarded and earning apps A paid step at day 15 gives their users a reason to leave your app installed.
  • Offerwall platforms and networks They place your panel with the apps and sites they work with.

For research panels

The Hosted Offerwall hides offers we identify as research panels by default.

Offer API publishers get your step list, day 15 included, and show it in their own screens. The Top Offers Feed carries your panel once it's one of our top offers.

Without rewards

Rarely a fit
  • Media sites and blogs Inside articles and roundups.
  • Comparison and review sites Listed beside the alternatives.
  • Email newsletters Placed in an issue, to their readers.
  • Media buyers On campaigns they run and pay for.

Panels do best with people already looking to earn, so most of these offers run with rewards.

How Offer Links work

02What you can price

Small at sign-up, most at day 15.

An example ladder for a metering panel app. Shift money toward day 15, add day 30 or move where this member stops.

  • Steps a member never reaches cost nothing.
  • A $0 step is tracked and never charged.

03Where to start

Start with day 15, then add the small steps.

Retention is what a metering panel is buying, so day 15 carries $6 of the $11 in our example. The early steps stay small: a sign-up at $1, the install at $1, 24 hours running at $2 and a finished profile at $1. They show you where people drop out before the part you care about.

If only the end matters to you, do what both panel offers in our public list did and pay once, when the last condition is met. If your panel needs longer, add “Still installed on day 30” as its own step.

Have your server work out the days. We only match the event back to the original tap.

04Targeting and compliance

What you set, and what stays with your panel.

Targeting covers countries and platforms. Your consent flow decides who can join your panel.

Rules for market research panels

  1. Consent is yours

Consent screens and privacy notices for passive metering run in your app, before metering starts.

  2. Count the days on your side

Your server sees when a member reaches day 15 and reports it. We match the event to the original tap.

05Billing

Panelists you're never charged for.

A status comes back for every member event you report. Your balance moves only on an approved live one.

installed_day_15 outside_window

Day 15 reported a week late

A weekly job picks up a member seven days after they reached day 15. The event's timestamp is past the 48-hour limit, so it's logged and not charged. Run that job daily.

Charged $0.00

Tests, events with no Click ID. A unique ID we give each tap, so a later install or event can be matched back to it.What is a click ID?, repeats and anything sent past the 48-hour limit are all free of charge.

Every status, in the setup guide

06Measurement

Your server reports day 15. No SDK.

Three steps from tap to day 15, and a log that shows each member's events and cost.

  1. A tap on your panel offer gets a click ID

We record the tap and carry its ID on the link to your store listing.

  2. The metering app saves it

Android passes it in the Play install referrer. Otherwise the app asks us at first open. Keep it on the member record, because day 15 is two weeks away.

  3. Your panel server posts installed_day_15

Your server knows when a device last checked in. When a member reaches day 15, post the event with the saved click ID within 48 hours.

07From our public list

How panel offers are built here.

The panel offers in our public US list, checked 29 October 2026. Brands and payouts left out. Both panel offers in that list paid once, at the end: one after 15 days installed, one after 7 days active. Our ladder above splits the same kind of path into priced steps.

  1. A metering panel app

1 paid step · iPhone and Android

    1. Register
    2. Install the app
    3. Leave it running for 24 hours
    4. Keep it installed for 15 days

    One payout, after all four.

  2. A mobile panel app

1 paid step · iPhone and Android

    1. Join and keep the app active for 7 days

Open to some age groups only.

08Questions

What panel teams ask us.

How do I pay for day 15?

Make “Still installed on day 15” a step, and have your server send that event within 48 hours of the member reaching it.

Does the Hosted Offerwall show panel offers?

Not by default. The wall leaves out offers we identify as research panels, along with rewarded apps. Publishers using the Offer API aren't affected and still receive yours.

Can I pay once, after all the steps?

Yes. Make day 15 your only priced step and track the earlier ones at $0, or leave them out. You still see where members stop if you track them.

What if a panelist uninstalls after day 15?

A step your server already reported stays charged. To pay for longer retention, add a later step such as “Still installed on day 30” at its own price.

How do I test day 15 without waiting 15 days?

Send it today with test set to true. It comes back approved, marks the step Verified and isn't charged. Live events still wait for a member to reach the real day 15.

Do you supply survey responses?

No. We send people who join your panel. We don't run surveys or sell responses.
