Who it's for
For games with a soft currency.
- Your game has a soft currency Gems, coins or energy that players earn and spend.
- Not every player buys gems The wall gives them another way to earn. Advertisers pay for the install and you credit the gems.
- You can open a link or an iframe From a store tab or a button. A webview works on iOS and Android.

Tracking and money
Tracking and money work the same everywhere.
One conversion, in order: your user's tap, our click record, the advertiser's confirmation, then a signed postback to your server.
- Tap u_48213
- Click clk_7Q2f81
- Conversion advertiser confirms
- Postback signed
- Your server 200 OK
-
Click Tracking
Every tap is recorded with your user's ID and up to ten of your own values, sub1 to sub10.
How clicks are tracked -
Signed postbacks
Each one carries an HMAC-SHA256 verifier made with your secret. Without a secret, we don't send.
How postbacks work -
Fraud Defense
Suspect installs are held, unpaid, until reviewed. Traffic Quality lists the users we reject, with the reason.
How fraud checks work -
Reporting
Trace any conversion from tap to your server, or download every conversion as a CSV.
How reporting works
Before you start
Rules for game walls.
What's allowed, what's yours to handle and where we say no.
- Allowed
Rewarding players with your currency for finishing offers.
- Your job
App store review. Read Apple's App Store guideline 3.2.2 before you ship a wall on iOS.
- Limit
In the portal you set the currency name, rate and player share; the headline and legal links are set through the API. The wall looks the same for every publisher, and one rate applies to every player: no rates by spend level and no limited-time bonus rates.
- Default
Competing rewarded apps are left off your wall.

How does a game earn from an offerwall?
Advertisers pay for what players do on your wall, and we pay you in dollars. A game offer paid per install pays you once, at install, and later steps reward the player. Event-paid offers list what each step pays. See the payout math.
Do I need to add a library to my game?
No. The wall is a web page: open it with a link, in an iframe or in a webview. Fill in the player's ID and it works.
Can paying players get a better rate?
Not today. One rate applies to every player on the wall.
Do players see every step before they install?
Yes. The offer page lists each step and its reward in your currency, so a player knows what level 40 is worth before they start.
Who pays the rewards for later levels?
You do, in gems. On games paid per install, we pay you once, at install. Each later step sends a postback with revenue=0 and the reward listed on the offer in user_payout, so you can credit the gems. Over a long ladder those rewards can add up to more than the install paid you, as in the Harbor Blocks example above. See the payout math.
Can I keep a rival game off my wall?
Yes, once offer blocking is on for your account: block it from your offer list and it leaves your wall too. Ask us to switch it on.
Are offerwalls allowed on iOS?
Apple decides that in app review, and passing it is your job. Read Apple's App Store guideline 3.2.2 before you ship a wall on iOS: it says an app can't force users to download other apps to use it. What is an offerwall?
