- You reward users Cash, gift cards or points, paid by your app for finishing tasks.
- You run your own app or site Web, iOS or Android. A link, an iframe or a webview opens the wall.
- You can credit from a postback Your server reads our signed postback and adds the reward to the right user.

Set the currency, the rate and the share.
Name your currency, set how many make a dollar and choose your user's share of most payouts. We still pay you in dollars.
Your currency changes what users read on the wall, nothing else. We still pay you in dollars, and the postback stays in dollars too.
Money
What you get paid for.
Install offers pay you once, at install; later steps carry a player reward we don't pay you for. Event-paid offers list what each step pays.

Tracking and money
Tracking and money work the same everywhere.
One conversion, in order: your user's tap, our click record, the advertiser's confirmation, then a signed postback to your server.
- Tap u_48213
- Click clk_7Q2f81
- Conversion advertiser confirms
- Postback signed
- Your server 200 OK
-
Click Tracking
Every tap is recorded with your user's ID and up to ten of your own values, sub1 to sub10.
How clicks are tracked -
Signed postbacks
Each one carries an HMAC-SHA256 verifier made with your secret. Without a secret, we don't send.
How postbacks work -
Fraud Defense
Suspect installs are held, unpaid, until reviewed. Traffic Quality lists the users we reject, with the reason.
How fraud checks work -
Reporting
Trace any conversion from tap to your server, or download every conversion as a CSV.
How reporting works
Before you start
Rules for rewarded traffic.
What's allowed, what's yours to handle and where we say no.
- Allowed
Rewarding users for finishing offers. Most offers we carry are bought for that traffic.
- Your job
App store review. Apple and Google both review apps that pay users to install other apps, so read their rules before you ship.
- Default
Hosted walls leave out other rewarded apps and research panels by default, so your wall doesn't send users to a rival.
- Not allowed
Faked installs or events. Suspect installs are held, unpaid, until reviewed.
Questions
What rewarded apps ask.
Something else? Write to hello@affiliateos.ai and we reply by email.
Which product should I start with?
Start with the Hosted Offerwall: no list to build, and we keep it current. Move to the Top Offers Feed or the Offer API when you want your own screens.
Can I set how much my users get?
Yes, on most offers. On the Hosted Offerwall you set your user's share of each payout, from 0 to 100% (it starts at 50%), plus the currency name and how many make a dollar. Where the advertiser sets the reward for a step, your user sees that amount instead, and user_payout on the postback carries it.
A user says they weren't credited. Where do I look?
Download your Conversions report as a CSV and filter it by their ID: each conversion is listed with the user ID you sent. Then search that conversion's action ID in Flight Recorder to trace it from tap to your server: the click, each step the advertiser reported and whether our postback reached you.
What happens when a conversion is reversed?
We send a second postback with the same action_id and status=reversed, with the reason when we have one. Deduct the reward on that one. Reversed conversions are not paid.
Who pays my users for later steps?
You do. On games paid per install, we pay you once, at install. Each later step still sends a postback that pays you $0 (revenue=0 on the Hosted Offerwall, payout=0 on the feed and the API) with the reward listed on the offer in user_payout, which you credit from your own balance. See the payout math.
Are offerwalls allowed on iOS?
Apple decides that in app review, and passing it is your job. Read Apple's App Store guideline 3.2.2 before you ship a wall on iOS: it says an app can't force users to download other apps to use it. What is an offerwall?
Put offers in your currency.
