03Custom tracking domains
Your links on your own subdomain.
Point a subdomain at our click host with one CNAME record. Our team checks it, issues the certificate and switches your links over. Only the start of the link changes.
- On the offer list, offer pages, the API and your Hosted Offerwall: every link from these starts with your subdomain.
- Links on our host keep working, so nothing you already placed breaks.
- Your domain serves your links only. Another publisher's link on it is refused.
- Pages that turn a tap away don't name us on your domain. The short page before the store still does, unless our team switches you to the silent one.
- If the record stops pointing at us two days running, new links come from our host again.

The user ID comes back on every postback. Your values come back on every postback for that conversion, credits and reversals alike, for 90 days from the tap. The standard parameters and the signature are listed on the Postbacks page.

Questions
What developers ask about tracking.
How long are values kept?
90 days from the click. If a user taps the same offer again with new values, the latest click that carried values is the one we return.
Do sub1 to sub10 reach the advertiser?
No. They stay with us and come back to you. Keep personal data such as email addresses out of every value on a link.
Do I need to send device_id?
No, but send it when you have it: advertisers attribute and approve more conversions with it. An empty or all-zero value is dropped and the click still works.
Do players see the pages between our link and the store?
For supported sources, our server follows the redirects itself and sends the player straight to the advertiser's attribution link, which opens the store, so the steps in between never show in the browser. For other sources the browser passes through them.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, a subdomain you own. See your links on your own subdomain, then ask our team to set it up.
