Update company, tax and payout details
You can’t edit company, tax or payout details in the dashboard: our team changes them for you. Email us from the address on the account, with your account ID and what’s changing.

None of these can be edited from the dashboard. Your password is the exception: see Sign in and reset your password.
Find your account ID
Open My Profile and copy your Publisher ID or Network ID.
Email us from the address on the account
Write to hello@affiliateos.ai from the email shown on My Profile. Put your account ID in the subject, and say what’s changing:
- the company or account name
- your tax details
- where we send your payouts
Check it worked
A new account name shows under Account Information on My Profile. Unless Billing shows Payout details, tax and payout details don’t show in the dashboard, so keep our email reply as your record of the change.
- If Billing shows a Payout details card, the account owner starts payout setup there instead of emailing us.
- Changing where payouts go doesn’t change how much you earn.
- Several accounts in different portals each keep their own details. If they’re linked, tell us which ones should change: Use one login for several portals.
