# Update company, tax and payout details

Account, team and security · For publishers, networks · Updated 30 October 2026
Web version: https://www.affiliateos.ai/help/account/update-company-tax-payout-details

You can't edit company, tax or payout details in the dashboard: our team changes them for you. Email us from the address on the account, with your account ID and what's changing.

## What you can see yourself

| Where | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **My Profile**, then **Account Information** (publishers) | Name, Email, Publisher ID and Status |
| **My Profile**, then **Account Information** (networks) | Name, Email, Network ID and Member Since |
| **Billing** (publishers) | Your **Lifetime earnings**. Open to Owners, Admins and teammates with earnings access. |

None of these can be edited from the dashboard. Your password is the exception: see [Sign in and reset your password](https://www.affiliateos.ai/help/account/sign-in-reset-password).

## Steps

### Find your account ID

Open **My Profile** and copy your **Publisher ID** or **Network ID**.

### Email us from the address on the account

Write to [hello@affiliateos.ai](mailto:hello@affiliateos.ai) from the email shown on **My Profile**. Put your account ID in the subject, and say what's changing:

- the company or account name
- your tax details
- where we send your payouts

> **Never email a password or an API key.** We don't need either to update your details. If a key or password has already gone out by email, treat it as leaked: [If an API key leaks](https://www.affiliateos.ai/help/account/api-key-leaked).

### Check it worked

A new account name shows under **Account Information** on **My Profile**. Unless **Billing** shows **Payout details**, tax and payout details don't show in the dashboard, so keep our email reply as your record of the change.

## Good to know

- If **Billing** shows a **Payout details** card, the account owner starts payout setup there instead of emailing us.
- Changing where payouts go doesn't change how much you earn.
- Several accounts in different portals each keep their own details. If they're linked, tell us which ones should change: [Use one login for several portals](https://www.affiliateos.ai/help/account/one-login-several-portals).
