Publishers and advertisers sign in on the log in page with their email and password. Networks use the private sign-in link our team sent them. Only network sign-in has a Forgot password? link: publishers get a new invite link, advertisers ask us and publisher teammates ask an Owner or Admin on their account.
| You are | Sign in at | With |
|---|
| Publisher | Publisher log in | Email and password |
| Advertiser | Advertiser log in | Email and password |
| Network | The private sign-in link our team sent you | Email and password, or Google |
| Teammate | Wherever the account you were added to signs in | Your own email and the temporary password you were given |
The log in page has a card for each account type. “Incorrect email or password.” can mean the right password on the wrong card, so check the card first.
If you forgot your password
#
| You are | What to do |
|---|
| Publisher | Ask whoever set up your account, us or your network, for a new invite link. Opening it lets you choose a new password of 8 characters or more. |
| Advertiser | Choose Trouble signing in? Contact us on the advertiser log in, or email us. Our team resets it. |
| Network | On your sign-in page, type your email, then choose Forgot password?. If that email has an account, a reset link arrives by email. Signed in with Google? Reset it with Google. |
| Teammate on a publisher account | Ask an Owner or an Admin on that account. Under Team they choose Reset password on your row and give you a new temporary password. |
| Teammate on a network account | Use Forgot password? on your network’s sign-in page, or ask an Owner or an Admin to choose Reset password on your row under Team. |
Change a password you know
#
| You are | Where |
|---|
| Publisher account owner | My Profile, then Change password: your current password, then the new one twice. Update password saves it. The new one needs 8 characters or more. |
| Network | My Profile, then Password, then Update password. If you sign in with Google there is no password to change here. |
| Advertiser | Not in the dashboard. Email us and our team changes it. |
| Teammate on a publisher account | Change password belongs to the account’s own login, so ask an Owner or Admin for a reset instead. |
| Teammate on a network account | My Profile, then Password, like the account owner. |
Sessions and signing out
#
- Publisher and advertiser sessions last 24 hours. After that you sign in again.
- Sign out from My Profile (publishers and networks) or Account (advertisers). It ends the session on that device.
- Nobody can reset their own password from Team. A publisher account owner uses Change password, and a publisher Admin asks the Owner or another Admin. On a network, use Password on My Profile.
| Message | What it means | What to do |
|---|
| “Incorrect email or password.” | The email or password is wrong, or you chose another account type’s card | Check the card, then the email, then reset |
| “Too many attempts. Please try again later.” | Network sign-in paused after several failed tries | Wait, then try again or reset your password |
| “If that email has an account, a reset link is on its way.” | Network reset requested. We say the same whether or not the email has an account | Check your inbox and spam folder |
| “This invite link has already been used or has expired.” | The invite was used, or is past its 14 days | Choose Sign in if you already set a password, or ask for a new link |
| “This invite link is invalid or expired.” | The link was cut short or mistyped when it was copied | Open the whole link again, or ask for a new one |
