We pay publishers in US dollars. Your portal shows what each conversion earned, the total for any dates you choose net of reversals, and your lifetime earnings.

What adds to your earnings

What happenedWhat it adds
A conversion with status completedIts payout. On Offer API and link postbacks that’s payout. On Hosted Offerwall postbacks it’s revenue.
A later step of a game paid per install$0. The install paid you once. The step still posts back, with your user’s reward in user_payout.
A reversalMinus exactly what the conversion paid, on the day the conversion was earned
A conversion with status rejectedNothing. Our traffic checks held it, so it pays nobody and sends no postback.
A test postbackNothing

Where to read it

  • Dashboard: open the date range, pick your dates and an interval, then Apply. Set the status menu at the end of the row to Completed net of reversals. To open on that status every time, choose it under Default performance status on My Profile.
  • Conversions: one line per credit and per reversal, each with its action ID. Download CSV exports the same lines with Reason and Reversed On columns, ready to match against your own records.
  • Billing: Lifetime earnings, your earnings to date, net of reversals.
  • A teammate sees earnings only when their seat has Earnings & billing visibility turned on.

Days are counted in UTC

A day starts at midnight UTC, so a conversion close to midnight in your time zone can land on the next day.

Example: a player in Texas finishes a step at 8:30 PM on October 31, 2026. That’s 1:30 AM UTC on November 1, so the conversion counts toward November 1.

When a total changes later

A reversal can arrive weeks after the conversion. It still comes off the day the conversion was earned, so a total you already looked at can go down. If that money has already been paid to you, a person on our team reviews it: see Reversals after you’ve been paid.

A held conversion can move the other way. If we later clear the user, we may pay it: it then turns completed under the same action ID, is dated the day it’s paid and sends its normal postback.

Reversal. A conversion taken back after it was reported, by the advertiser or after our traffic checks. We take back its payout and send the publisher a reversal postback. What is a reversal?
