“This offer isn't available for your account”
Our traffic checks refused that tap. The user is on your reject list, or their phone, address or browser is blocked, so the tap never reached the advertiser and nobody pays for it. The offer itself is still live for your other users.

The user sees the title above and is asked to choose another offer. Don’t coach users around it, for example by suggesting another network or a VPN: that is the traffic the check exists for.
| What you see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| One user gets it on every offer | The user is on your reject list | Find them on Traffic Quality. The rejection ends on its Expires date. |
| Your own test phone gets it, after you tried several test user IDs on it | The phone was used as several users in a day, and is blocked for 30 days | Use one test user per device. Ask us to lift the block. |
| Several users on the same home or office Wi-Fi get it | That address is blocked for your account | Check where those accounts come from. |
| A link on another company’s tracking domain gets it | A custom tracking domain serves only its owner’s links | Use the links from your own account. |
| A user who isn’t on Traffic Quality gets it | Our checks refused that phone or browser itself, or the check our tap page runs didn’t finish | Send us the click time, the device and the browser. |
Is the user on Traffic Quality?
How to confirm: Open Reporting, then Traffic Quality, and find the user’s ID under User (sub id). Offer shows the offer the rejection came from, or Every offer. Either way, all of that user’s taps on your account are refused while it lasts. Reason says why in plain words, and Expires says when it ends. On the Hosted Offerwall, the ID is the
uidyou opened the wall with. The same list comes fromGET /with your API key.publisher/ traffic-quality Fix: Nothing to change on our side. Review the account on yours: the rejection lasts 30 days, and while it lasts their conversions record as
rejected, pay $0 and send no postback. If you think we rejected a real user, send us the user ID.Did one phone open several of your user IDs?
How to confirm: Testing is the easy way to set it off: one phone, a new test user ID for each run. The test users show on Traffic Quality, with a reason saying the device was used by several different users in a day. Every tap from that phone is refused, whatever ID it carries.
Fix: Give each test device one test user ID and keep it. Send us the user IDs you tested with, and our team can lift the block on the phone.
Did several of your users tap from one address?
How to confirm: Several users who tapped from the same home or office connection show on Traffic Quality, with a reason saying the IP address was used by several different users in a day.
Fix: Check whether those accounts belong to one person. If it’s a shared office or a school, tell us the address and our team can review it.
Is the link on someone else’s tracking domain?
How to confirm: The tracking link’s host is a custom domain that isn’t yours.
Fix: Use the tracking links from your own account. A custom tracking domain only serves links of the account it belongs to.
