# Invoices and receipts

The dashboard doesn't create invoices. Each role has a line-by-line record instead, and when you need a formal document, you email us.

## Advertisers

| Where | What it records |
|---|---|
| **Billing**, **Recent deposits** | Your latest deposits and automatic top-ups, each with its time and amount. After a long run of charges this list can come up empty: **Lifetime deposits** still counts every one, and we can send you the full list. Deposits and automatic top-ups are card payments through Stripe. |
| **Billing**, **Recent charges** | Your most recent charges, each with the event key it paid for, its time and amount |
| **Billing**, **Balance** | **Lifetime deposits** and **Lifetime spend**, the running totals |
| **Event logs**, on each campaign | The most recent events we logged for it, each with its status and price. Test events are marked and never billed. |

For a document about a deposit, choose **Contact us** at the foot of **Billing**.

## Publishers

| Where | What it records |
|---|---|
| **Conversions** | Each credit and each reversal in the dates you set, one line each, with its action ID. With no dates set, it shows the last 90 days. |
| **Download CSV** on **Conversions** | The same lines, with **Status**, **Reason**, **Reversed On** and **Payout** columns |
| **Dashboard**, with your date range | The payout for those dates, with the status menu set to **Completed net of reversals** |
| **Billing** | **Lifetime earnings**, your earnings to date, net of reversals. **Invoices** stays empty, because we don't issue invoices in the dashboard. **Payments** lists any payment recorded for your account, with a receipt where there is one. If it's empty, use the rows above. |

## Networks

Your plan's price is confirmed on the demo call. For anything about how your plan is billed, email us.

## What to include when you email

Write to [hello@affiliateos.ai](mailto:hello@affiliateos.ai) from the address on the account, with:

- your **Publisher ID**, **Network ID** or the email you use to log in as an advertiser
- the dates the document should cover
- the document you need, and the company name and address it should show
