# Use one login for several portals

If your company has accounts in more than one portal, such as a publisher account and an advertiser account, ask us to link them. Your account page then lists the others under **Your other portals**, and one click opens any of them without signing out.

## Before you start

- You sign in as the account's owner. Teammates with their own login can't switch portals.
- Each account you want linked is active, and you know which ones they are: your **Publisher ID** or **Network ID** from **My Profile**, and the company name on your advertiser **Account** page.

## Steps

### Ask us to link your accounts

[Email us](mailto:hello@affiliateos.ai) from the address on one of the accounts and list the others. Our team links them. A link holds one account per portal: one publisher, one advertiser and one network at most.

### Open your account page

Publishers and networks open **My Profile**; advertisers open **Account**. The **Your other portals** card appears once a link exists.

### Choose the portal

Each button names the portal and the account, such as Advertiser · Tidewater Games. Choosing it opens that portal's dashboard, signed in as that account.

### Check it worked

You land on the other dashboard without a sign-in screen. The account page there shows the same card, so you can switch back the same way.

## Good to know

- Each account keeps its own email and password. Linking doesn't merge them, and nothing moves between the accounts: offers, reports and money stay where they were.
- A grayed-out button means that account isn't active right now. Hover over it to see why, for example "Account is pending".
- No **Your other portals** card on your account page means nothing is linked, or you're signed in as a teammate.

Example: Tidewater Games buys installs of Harbor Blocks as an advertiser and also runs a rewarded app as a publisher. With the two accounts linked, its owner moves between **Campaigns** and **Postbacks** from the account pages, without a second sign-in.
